Delete your account & data

Delete DGS Çalış

You can permanently delete your DGS Çalış account and its server-side data at any time. This is available directly, without contacting us.

From inside the app

• Open DGS Çalış and go to Settings.
• Open Account, then choose “Delete account”. Where offered, you can export a copy of your data first.
• Confirm when prompted — your account and its server-side data are permanently removed.

What gets removed

Deleting your account permanently removes your server-side data — your account details, profile, and the content and activity tied to your account. Data stored only on your device is removed by deleting the app. This action cannot be undone. Some records may be retained where the law requires (for example, billing records for tax and accounting), and anything already written to a public blockchain, if the app uses one, is permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone.

Can’t reach the app?

If you can’t open the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion for you.
