Real, build-time-checked status for every standalone and flagship product — not a hand-typed pill.

Every `node build.mjs` run fetches each URL below over real HTTPS and records the actual response. This is what caught the dead Universal Link bug a previous commit had to fix by hand — now it would show up here first.

Checked via scripts/check-live-status.mjs, re-run on every build. A target timing out here means the network path from the build machine failed — not necessarily that the product itself is down.
