These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Menivor legal entity (to confirm) unverified and govern your use of Menivor (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person unless we explicitly permit otherwise.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those stores’ terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period, which you can do in your platform store settings.

AI features and accuracy

Menivor may use artificial intelligence from third-party providers. AI output is probabilistic and may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service consistent with your privacy settings. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Do not post harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
• Do not reverse-engineer the Service except where allowed by law.
• Do not use bots or scrapers, or otherwise disrupt the Service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes take effect after we post the updated Terms or notify you in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
